Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

During new product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (when available)

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.

Currently, Latherela ships within the United States.

If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us before placing your order.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

Latherela is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to help before the order ships.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Latherela is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries.

If your package appears lost, please contact the carrier directly and then reach out to us. We will gladly assist in locating your shipment whenever possible.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and work with you to find a satisfactory solution.

Natural Product Disclaimer

Because our soaps are handcrafted, slight variations in color, design, shape, and weight are normal and make each bar unique. These variations do not affect product quality.
