At Latherela, every soap bar is handcrafted in small batches and made-to-order or packaged by hand to ensure quality and freshness.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the personal care and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any purchased soap, skincare, or personal care products.

This policy helps us maintain the safety, quality, and integrity of every product we create.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Upon review, we may, at our sole discretion, provide:

  • A replacement item (subject to availability)
  • Store credit

Allergies and Skin Sensitivities

All ingredients are listed on each product page whenever possible. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information prior to purchase.

Because individual skin types, allergies, and sensitivities vary, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges based on personal reactions, preferences, scent perception, or expected results.

We recommend performing a patch test before regular use.

Shipping Issues

Latherela is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, customers should first contact the carrier to initiate a claim or investigation.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed, packaged, or shipped.

Once an order has entered fulfillment, it cannot be canceled.
